Had a good first day at the business course at NBV, I am feeling Positive, I wanted as I promised keep you up to date, I had an early night arrived nice and early, made a good first impression. Not lying I was a bit apprehensive.

        4. Also I made a home made chicken Rogan josh in the frying pan. The lamb was lovely and tender, and instead of rice I did it with chopped skin on New potatoes. As I did a home made chicken tikka in a frying pan with rice flavoured with mild curry powder.

For the lamb Rogan josh do the same with lamb cook on medium heat in a small amount of oil, brown, add garam masala and harrissa spice, whatever you want in like chopped onion, mushroom if you like, add a tin of chopped tomatoes, use a deep frying pan if you have one. Chop dice baby new potatoes and salt to a pain of hot water from the kettle cuts down cooking time. Serve Eat and enjoy.
